Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bring Your Bots (“the Service”), operated by Wright Mode ABN 64 613 826 876. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Bring Your Bots lets you create custom AI assistants powered by Anthropic’s Claude models and share them via public links. You provide your own Anthropic API key to power your bots.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Payment

  • Access to publish bots requires a one-time purchase of $29 AUD (introductory price, subject to change for new customers).
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
  • Your purchase grants lifetime access to the features available at the time of purchase.
  • Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and no refunds are available. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Your API key

  • You provide your own Anthropic API key. API usage costs are billed directly to your Anthropic account — we do not charge for API usage.
  • Your key is encrypted at rest and only decrypted server-side to process chat requests.
  • You are responsible for monitoring your own API usage and costs with Anthropic.

Your bots

  • You own the content you create (instructions, knowledge base, settings).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your bots comply with applicable laws and Anthropic’s acceptable use policy.
  • You must not create bots that generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
  • We reserve the right to disable bots that violate these terms or Anthropic’s policies.

Public chat links

  • Anyone with your bot’s public link can chat with it without creating an account.
  • Built-in rate limiting and conversation caps are applied automatically to prevent abuse.
  • You are responsible for where and how you share your bot’s link.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or deceive others
  • Resell access to the Service without permission

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • API costs incurred through your Anthropic account
  • Responses generated by your bots
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

Termination

  • You can stop using the Service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where possible.
  • Upon termination, your bots will be deactivated and your data deleted within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
